Edwar Said => Southern Italy I think
Pierre de Bané => Looks very Coastal Levantine like Lebanese/Palestinian, especially Christians look like this, he can pass in Malta.
Azmi Bishara => Pakistan, atypical but sometimes happens among Levantines, look at Mia Khalifa
Hossam Haick => PanSouthern Europe. Can pass in Balkans too.
Johny Sroju => In the first picture he looks gay and remembers partially other Palestinians, but he can fit well in Europe(South but also Central).
Clara Khoury => Looks Ashkenazi and very like her father, thought darker than him.
Hind Khoury => South or Central Europe.
Salim Joubran => Egypt/Maghreb but also in the Levant.
Annemarie Jacir => Cute, looks very Ashkenazi.
Marc Hinawi => Greece
Yaqub Hanna => Pan European, I think some bald North Europeans can look like him.
Elia Abuelazam => North Africa, It appears that people like him were common in Antiquety based in paintings
Overall representative of Palestinian Christians. Here in Chile we have the biggest Christian Palestine of the World, I have been in the Palestinian Stadium and these set represents they very well. Probably the most European Looking people outside of Europe along with Lebanese Christians and Druze.

Salim Joubran in my opinion can pass in Algeria but there are also some Levantine politicians that look like him in Lebanon and also Israel(althought they could be of Maghrebi descent). To you he only looks Levantine?
As for Elia Abuelazam, there are ancient paintings that resembles him, if I am not wrong these paintings are from Egypt and Syria. I just have seen some pictures of him and he can pass as a Syrian definitely(more than Lebanese) but even with that, I think he looks more Berber than anything else.
He looks like a stereotypical Puerto Rican salsa singer in this picture(They are mostly of Canarian and SSA ancestry)

Well I'm myself maghrebi and we can maybe debate for the others but joubran and abuelazam look too different to pass for my people. They look levantine and in the case of abuelazam he might pass as a south-east euro too but certainly not maghrebi. Joubran looks weird to me (like some kind of mixed jew) but he doesn't look maghrebi.

Levantine Muslims are also quite a bit lighter than other Arabs. On one hand the area historically sea-centric and has stronger connections to sea routes neighbours than land routes ones, on the other the mountains gave protection to the populations there from the depredations of the Bedouins in the second phase of Islamization (the more violent one) and during the Mongol and Turkic invasions.

Yes, Lebanese Muslims can't pass better in Europe than Lebanese Christians but they are not darker than the later. Also isolated communities tend to be the lightest like Druze, Alawites.
The Levant had long historical contact with Eastern Mediterraneans/Anatolians also their climate and their mountains helped them creating lighter phenotypes.
