It doesn't matter, Romanians have eastern phenotypes like Gorid, Alpine, Turanid, Carpathid, Dinarid. They don't look British, they look foreign, Spaniards are in many cases more British looking.

"Easterness" of Romanians is completely exaggerated, and exotic looking types are way overrepresented in this forum, in reality Romanians are basically a mix of Med/Balkan and Pan-Euro looking people and pass infinitely better anywhere in the West than they do in Afghanistan, this shouldn't even be a question lol. Parts of Romania have deep Celtic ancestry due to Celts being settled there and assimilated by Dacians.

In Spain we have many Romanians and the English have been visiting us for decades so I have them both very visualized, I have never confused a group or individually the Romanians with British or vice versa, they look very different, you can say that the British have more punch and the Romanians are more diluted more to the East, missing ingredients to approach the West.

The Brits in many cases have distinct looking types which look off in continental Europe, I can often recognize British tourists because of how unique they look. Romanians approach more West (namely Italy, South France etc) than East, they look nothing like Russians, Balts or Poles, let alone Afghans

Those actually in many cases do look quite British, they still look nothing like the Romanian workers i see here though on a daily basis, for example a lot of Romanians look very similar to Pamirid people i.e alpine and turanid types, they don't tend to have the reassuringly British looks in general, or if they do it doesn't seem to be more than 20% of them.

I think people have a misconception about what an Afghan looks like . If you are talking about hazaras , Uzbeks turkmens and those odd looking Persian speakers from urban cities ( a Mish mash of Turkic / iranic ) then hell no, Romanians certainly look closer to brits . In fact romanians from up north are reallt light and they eastern European more than anything , so certainly more British than afghan . But Romania do have Alot of Med types as well some type of Dinarid / pontid in which Afghans also have . We also have alpine types that could be mistaken for gorid etc with grooming.
