I was saying that an anthropological study on west Eurasians showed that Belgians were slightly darker than Spaniards when it came to unexposed skin. I wasn't saying that Spaniards are naturally dark.
Anyways, imo the main difference between the set I posted in Jaen is that in western Andalusia you see more of these phenotypes, like this group in Huelva:
