Much is made on this forum about how Euro-Mediterranean many Lebanese people look, yet I see rather more crossover between Georgians and Southern Europeans than between Lebanese and Southern Europeans. Therefore, I'd say both equally in this instance, since Cypriots are part-Levantine themselves.

Lebanese and Cypriots, but this is because the Bulgarians are really the most Europoid of the four populations.

Is this serious, Cyprus and Lebanon are one stone throw away, Bulgaria and Georgia are separated by a whole sea. Of course neighbors would look closer to each other, genetically Cypriots and Lebanese are much closer than Bulgarians and Georgians too.

That's a fallacious argument. On that basis, Spaniards and Moroccans would look more alike than either pairing in the OP.

Looking Kavkazian and looking Balkanite are not necessarily mutually exclusive, that's the point.

Most Morrocans have some SSA admix which makes them obviously different from Spaniards, also higher North African. Lebanese have no SSA, they have some higher SW Asian than Cypriots but not enough to make them strikingly different.

Well precisely. Geography alone is not a good determinant of how similar or different ethnic and national groups may look (or behave).
