How exactly? 12% difference means at least two other components would be different. Like in the case of that Bulgarian from Dupnitsa having Serbian as top match. Part of Bulgarian ethnicity, but an outlier. Same for Bulgarian scoring 25% East Med, in the other direction, top match Thessalian Greek. I wouldn't call them belonging to the same cluster, as their results are too different. If we take Bulgarian average as median, these two are like 2SD away from it, 70% of Bulgarians being within 1SD, the exact difference for 1SD I haven't calculated though.
