I've noticed your "Spain" is also lower than mine on 23andme on Ancestry Finder, 0.5% against 1.4%. Could it be the reason?
In any case my surnames are all strictly portuguese, or galician at most.

Well Spaniards and Portuguese live right next door to each other so it should not be that much of a surprise if you get Spanish scores. After all you are both Iberians.
