Oceanian is Negrito/Papuan-like. It can technically be considered "East Eurasian" but not Mongoloid.

How so? If it was, then it wouldn't be a separate component. On a pca Siberians plot differently than do East Asian people (Chinese, Japanese, Korean )

East Eurasian isn't a single component. Siberians have different types of East Eurasian ancestry that make them plot differently to East Asians. Its like how both Brits and Italians have West Eurasian components, but plot differently.
