Uzbeks can range from 20 to 50% theoretically, although both extremes would be rare. Uzbekistan is a mixed country, it has Tajik, Kazakh, Karakalpak minorities and assimilation of Muslims might be an ordinary thing over there.

You forgot about Karakalpaks in Northwestern UZ, Kyrgyz in Southwestern Kyrgyzstan and also Kazakhs in Southern KZ.
Anyway, that's a pointless debate. That may or may not be an Uyghur. I think there may be marriages between Hui Chinese and Uyghurs in Ürümqi.
