The early Indo-Aryans in Nepal might have looked like Pamiris but there is neither Turkic nor Mongolic influence in Nepal. The Mongoloid should be Tibetan, therefore not Central Asian. The thing is that here we don't know much about Nepal, so it's difficult to make a sensible comment.

I cautioned that some may take it literally that Pamiri+ Dusadh (IVC) yielded Modern Nepalese Brahmins, but yeah the portion of Indo-Aryan marker in them looks similar to modern day Pamiris, thus they model very well with them assuming the Dusadh as Indus Valley. And yeah, there's no Turkic or Mongolic influence in Nepal, it's purely Tibetan. That inflated the distance with Kshatriya/Chhetri. The Uyghur itself looked half Pamiri + half Mongol, so it modelled somewhat good.

finally some magar gedmatch results lol. thank you. they're nonexistent among regular gedmatch kits. I've seen results from most groups except them. Interesting, on average magars seem more south asian than other tibetid groups in nepal. Only the first magar seems to be an exception. scores more like a rai/sherpa

including other public Nepali samples as well, Check page 6 & 7. The first Magar scores a whopping 80% NE-Asian in harappaworld. They're all from Palpa district that borders Terai region as per Peterski.
