I verified the matches and there is a founder effect that is typical of Jewish ancestry for the gandparent. So the grandparent looks half Jewish or more autosomally and the nephew 1/8 or more.

This means that for these guys from below that were discussed earlier in the thread, the situation could be the same and the distortion is due to Jewish admixture. The distinguishing factor uniting all 3 is low NA compared to Baltic, significantly lower West Med when compared to West Asian and East Med, and West Asian and East Med values that have similar percentages.

EG600093 is Jewish admixed for sure. His matches are still loading so I won't post them yet, but it's mostly Jews.
There are just 2 Croats and 2 Serbs from 4.6-5.2 generations which means 200-300 years ago, so it would fit with that Serb settlement.

The more northern plotting Jews are identical to south Italians or Greeks, combine it with some Ukrainian, and you get a south Slavic-like mixture.

the one from Zaporozhie looks specifficaly Ukrainian + Caucasian or Anatolian. I don't think Jewish ancestry can be like that. Ashkenazi Jewish at least.

There is a Goldberg in top 50 and they have Jewish matches in common. But I agree that if they have Jewish ancestry, then it is very distant, like 1/64+.
