Sometimes the components are spread weirdly. I have 11.25% with 78k SNPs from MyHeritage and 9.8% with 180k SNPs from the merged superkit. That's why I personally look at the sum of West Med + West Asian + East Med + Red Sea.

Do you mean in my case? They stay at about the same level. The difference is mainly in West Asian, which when merged seems to have gone in East Asian and Siberian. North Atlantic and Baltic swap around some percentages, and then there is also a 1% gain in their sum, which probably comes from what was interpreted as West Med, if I were to guess.

From my experience, they boost mainly East Med and Red Sea visibly, but if the gene flow is small then I wouldn't be surprised if it were interpreted as West Med and West Asian more noticeably.

There are fluctuations, but within 1-3%. Basic ratios of the main components are preserved. For example, for Jews high level of East Med cannot go significantly into West Med or West Asian, otherwise they would become French or Georgians respectively. Same with these samples from the Rivnenska oblast. Despite the fact that a couple of percent may "flow" between the components, I think the basic ratio of high West Asian and low East Med should remain. This ratio is typical for nowadays populations of Dagestan and in ancient times it was typical for Alans/Sarmatians/Corded Ware etc. Rivnenska oblast should be genetically explored more carefully.
