I've heard from people knowledgeable within the linguistic community that the vernaculars of Georgian and Azeri/Mountain Jews have a lot of Aramaic loans indicating that they were speakers of Neo-Aramaic just like the so called Kurdish Jews and shifted gradually to Judeo-Tat and Georgian. That they can be modelled better with Kurdish Jews rather than Iranian/Persian Jews is not surprising with that in mind.

Probably not, although im fairly certain all Bandaris can speak farsi, they do speak Balochi and Arabic as well which are the 2 sources of their mixed origins for the most part
