I don’t even understand why it’s being discussed. It’s fake news. The only sources mentioning this 'hacker attack' are Ukrainian online news outlets. Even liberal, anti-Putin Russian media like TV Rain and Meduza don’t mention it, and they jump on every opportunity to bash Putin.
